As a senior adviser & marketing / sales / business development & content syndication executive with $1B+ in sales, Norjean has extensive experience in negotiating strategic partnerships & sales in broadcasting, online, mobile & program sponsorship, in the US, Europe, China, Japan & India.

Prior to Norstar, Laurence Norjean was CEO/Co-founder - FMiTV Networks, (KIIS-FMi-LA) (broadband, entertainment & syndication) technically driving & supplying content to: NBC, MSN, Windowsmedia, Terra/LYCOS, Clear Channel & Comcast...

 

Norjean transitioned to Inxsys & FMITV after serving as President/COO of StratiComm America - clients: CBS & ABC Networks, Westwood One, Orion Pictures, Interep, Katz Media, Crain Publications & Nielsen.

 

Additionally, Norjean served as EVP/CMO, National Sales & Marketing, Radio Advertising Bureau, (industry trade association) as marketing strategist, spokesperson & business development head.

 

At Metromedia, Laurence Norjean was VP, National / Local Advertising/Branding, PR & Promotion for 60 Radio & TV stations & producer - Metromedia News - WNYW-TV - NYC (currently FOX.)

 

Norjean began his career at MGM, becoming Syndication Director for MPC-Wolper Productions, working on the National Geographic Series, Untamed World, Cousteau Series, Hallmark Hall of Fame, Merv Griffin, Truth or Consequences, etc...

ADAM GOODMAN

Adam Goodman is an accomplished and strategic senior executive with demonstrated success in building and leading teams, developing corporate strategy, marketing leadership, new business development, fund raising, product launch strategies and go to market initiatives. 

 

Adam started his career in New York City where he quickly rose up the ranks at Turner Broadcasting as a valued member of the Cartoon Network and Adult Swim sales team. Following a move to the West Coast, Adam continued to take on new revenue responsibilities and larger leadership roles at Turner and beyond. During his time at Viacom, he was tasked with owning the P&L tied to the video game industry and grew that business vertical dramatically via cross media sales initiatives. Adam also held sales leadership posts at Hulu and national sales responsibilities for ad tech platform, Videology (acquired by Amobee).

BRIAN BLOODGOOD

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT | SALES & MARKETING

Brian Bloodgood is a seasoned media veteran with 25+ years of media and branding experience. He recently joined the Norstar Media & Entertainment team helping to secure strategic digital partnerships across the country.

 

Brian’s career has weaved through some of the biggest brands and agencies in all of media.  He began his career at Mediavest (NYC), where he worked on the national investment team. After a few years on the agency side (including a stint at J. Walter Thompson), Brian pivoted his path to sales, working for ESPN. After a couple of years of sports marketing, Brian then joined Viacom’s Sales division of Comedy Central where he sold landmark programming such as South Park, The Chappelle Show and The Daily Show.  Shortly thereafter, Brian was promoted and moved to California to run the West Coast office.

 

Brian gained oversight of MTV, VH1, Spike, CMT, TV Land and Logo in 2006 where he led the LA office’s multi-platform sales efforts.  He created the first vertical “Studio Team” where they exclusively serviced all studios and executed over 100 promotions per year.

 

In 2013, Brian joined Sean Combs for the launch of REVOLT. Brian was the original sales lead responsible for securing charter sponsors such as Budweiser, Beats, and Chrysler and eventually crafted a multi-year, multi- platform partnership with Honda Motors featuring “The Honda Stage.” The cutting- edge partnership included third party partners Vevo, iHeart Radio, and Live Nation which provided live events, custom content, naming rights and artist connections for Honda. Before departing REVOLT, Brian locked a multi-year, branded content deal with Visit Seattle that included over 30 long-form episodes per year exploring Seattle’s deep roots in music.

 

In 2016, Brian joined Urban One as the lead for One Solution’s multi-platform (Digital, Audio, Linear, Experiential) sales and marketing team. Throughout his tenure with the company he also had responsibility for the East Coast Digital and Linear sales teams. Brian‘s primary focus before departing was leading strategy and execution for the launch of CLEO TV. 

 

With his experience leading teams and generating revenue across all media platforms, along with his content creation expertise and multi-cultural insights, Brian is focused on success for his most recent venture with Norstar Media & Entertainment.

JAMES RASULO

A rising star in the digital media industry, Rasulo started his career at the big media agencies with a focus on digital media strategy. He's then worked as a consultant for adtech and digital content companies before becoming an entrepreneur. His start-ups include Bubbl, a technology that allows fan-interaction features to online video. James recently orchestrated the acquisition of Bubbl.
